PROJECT 3
Designing Architectural Principle + Materiality + Context+ User
Students are required to design a Hideout Retreat at the National Botanical Garden, Shah Alam, encompassing a Nature Observation Post, resting areas, working areas, recreational areas, and supporting spaces like toilets and a pantry. The structure should not exceed 150 square meters and must comfortably accommodate four people for short stays of 2-3 days. The design must harmonize with the tropical site context, ensuring a unique relationship between the architecture and its landscape. It should demonstrate the application of architectural principles, materiality, and constructability to create a memorable spatial experience for users. Presentation board in the size of 4 A1 including another module, Building Construction and Material.

Reflection
I realized that managing and planning is important. It's more than just spending time doing it, managing project means knowing when to stop exploration of ideas, when to cut off, and the standard to aim for.
